During this election cycle, a major issue that is being talked about a lot in Virgina is "right-to-work". Not only does it have to do with ge candidates running this year, Virgina is voting on an amendment to their constitution that according to Tefere Gebre, the senior executive of the nations largest labor group, would weaken labor unions. Virginia is one of five states that are voting on these right-to-work laws this election cycle.
